1958–Present

The neighborhood caught the interest of the Alexander Company who chose it for the largest of their beloved modernist developments. The adjacent blocks boast hundreds of architect William Krisel’s Mid Century masterpieces.

All 360 of the houses in Racquet Club Estates started out with the exact same size, shape and layout, but Krisel designed 5 unique rooflines to make the neighborhood feel full of different designs.
